What happens when my 30-day pass ends?+
Nothing scary. You're back on the free plan, all your resumes and jobs stay put, and you won't be charged again. Buy another pass whenever you need one. If you buy it while one's still running, the days are added to the end.
How do I cancel the annual plan?+
Open the account menu, choose Billing & invoices and press Cancel. That's it. You keep everything until the end of the year you've paid for, and it won't renew.
Will you remind me before the annual plan renews?+
Yes. We email you before each renewal, so you have time to cancel if you don't need it any more.
Where are my resumes stored?+
In your browser while you work, and in your account once you sign in, so they're on every device. They're only sent to our AI provider when you use an AI feature. Your plan is tied to your account too.
