Acceptable Use Policy

1. About this policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do on the Service, including content you upload and how you use AI output.

2. Be honest

Don't use the Service to:

• invent or exaggerate qualifications, degrees, licences, employers, job titles, dates or results in a way that would mislead an employer;
• create fake documents such as certificates, transcripts, references or letters of recommendation; or
• impersonate another person, or apply for jobs in someone else's name without their permission.

3. Be lawful and respectful

Don't upload, generate or share content that:

• breaks any law, or infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• includes other people's personal information without a lawful reason and their permission (listing a referee who agreed to it is fine);
• is harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit or violent; or
• contains malware or links designed to harm or deceive.

4. Don't misuse the Service

Don't:

• access other people's accounts or data, or try to get around sign-in, security or plan limits;
• share, sell or rent your account, or resell access to the Service or its output as a service;
• use bots, scripts or scrapers, send automated or excessive requests, or do anything that overloads or disrupts the Service;
• probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission. If you find one, please report it to legal@rizz-my-resume.com;
• reverse-engineer the Service, try to extract its prompts or rules, or use its output to build a competing product or train AI models;
• use the Service to screen, rank or make decisions about other people, for example as an employer or recruiter assessing candidates. It's built for job seekers improving their own applications; or
• break the usage policies of our AI providers, OpenAI and Google.

5. What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content from the Service, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities. We'll act in proportion to the problem and, where reasonable, warn you first. See the suspension section of our Terms.
